What happens when something goes wrong
It does. A part is missing, a customer is out, a lift is broken. What matters is that none of it becomes a mystery.
A missing or damaged part
Recorded with a photo on the spot, and you hear the same day. A visit that could not be completed because of a missing part is not charged for.
Nobody at home
The technician calls, waits, and records the attempt with the reason. A second visit is scheduled; repeated no-shows carry a travel charge, stated in the cancellation policy.
A visit that fails
Stays on the record as a failed visit, permanently, with its reason. The retry is a separate visit — which is how we can tell you honestly how often we finish on the first attempt.
